Requirements:
- Experience with common airsoft rifles such as M4’s and AK’s and their fundamental disassembly
- Knowledge of Version 2, 3, 7 gearboxes
- Understanding of gearbox service and preventative maintenance such as shimming, lubrication, and AOE
- Ability to work and operate independently
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Technical skills including: soldering, use of Dremel tools, basic hand tools
