How it works

First, fill out the application below. Once we have reviewed and accepted your replica, you will be emailed a shipping label to mail us your airsoft gun.

Once your replica has been received, work will begin and we will try our hardest to complete the services within our estimated time frames!

As soon as the service is finished, and we are happy and confident with the results, we will mail the replica back to you.

You are responsible for paying for and shipping your replica to us. You will be charged for return shipping on your final invoice.

Right now, our upgrade packages are tailored for standard version 2 M4 style replicas. We plan on expanding our offering in the near future to accommodate other style replicas. If you're unsure if your replica meets this criteria, feel free to email or call us!

Once your application for your replica to receive our upgrade services has been reviewed and approved, we will let you know you can ship your replica to us and what the address is. It is your responsibility to safely and securely package your replica. You are responsible for getting your replica to us. On the final invoice we will add the charge for return shipping.

The application review process may take up to 2 business days. Once the replica has been received by our technicians, the upgrade services can range from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the selected service.


All replicas that have been subject to our upgrade services are under a 30 day warranty from the date you receive your replica back from us. Our level 2 and level 3 service packages have a 30 day or 7,500 shot warranty, whichever comes first.

Any replicas we receive without first providing approval for our services will be automatically declined, and we will not be held liable for anything that may happen to them in transit.
